REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Effective Date: April 23, 2026

1. Services Are Custom

Level Up Leads provides custom appointment setting, lead generation, and consulting services. Work begins immediately upon payment and onboarding.

2. Refunds

All payments are non-refundable once work has started. This includes setup fees, monthly retainers, and one-time project fees. Because our services involve labor delivered in real time, fees cover the time and resources committed regardless of outcome.

3. Cancellation

  • Month-to-month retainers: You may cancel with 30 days written notice to lauren@levelupleads.info. You will be billed for the current billing period and the following 30 days.
  • Fixed-term contracts: Cancellation terms are defined in your signed service agreement.
  • Project-based work: Cancellation after kickoff forfeits payment for work completed through the cancellation date.

4. Service Suspension

We reserve the right to pause or terminate services if payment is past due, if the client is unresponsive for more than 14 days, or if there is a material breach of the service agreement.

5. Disputes

Before initiating a chargeback or dispute, please contact us at lauren@levelupleads.info. We will work in good faith to resolve any issue. Chargebacks filed without prior contact may be contested with documentation.
