TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service govern your use of the website levelupleads.info and the services provided by Level Up Leads LLC (“Level Up Leads,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing this site or purchasing services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
Level Up Leads provides appointment setting, lead generation, and related consulting services to business clients. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are documented in a separate service agreement, proposal, or statement of work signed by both parties.
2. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate business information, timely responses, and access to the systems required for us to deliver services, including CRM logins, calendars, and messaging platforms. Delays caused by missing information or access may affect delivery timelines.
3. Payment Terms
Fees, payment schedules, and billing cycles are set out in your service agreement. Invoices are due on receipt unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed through Stripe. Accepted methods include credit card, debit card, and ACH. Past-due accounts may be subject to service suspension.
4. Intellectual Property
All materials, scripts, workflows, and systems developed by Level Up Leads remain our property unless explicitly transferred in writing. You retain ownership of your business data, leads, and customer records. You grant us a limited license to use your brand and materials solely to deliver the services.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep non-public business information confidential and to use it only for the purpose of delivering or receiving services.
6. No Guarantees
We use our best effort and industry-standard practices to generate results. We do not guarantee a specific number of appointments, leads, conversions, or revenue. Results depend on factors including your offer, pricing, sales process, and market conditions.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate for material breach with written notice and a 10-day cure period. Either party may terminate for convenience with 30 days written notice. Fees earned through the termination date remain due.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Level Up Leads is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Total liability for any claim is capped at the fees paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Durham County, North Carolina.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new Effective Date. Continued use of the site or services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
